Solutions

An agency website where the current listings lead and every detail is right.

A real estate agency needs property listings for sale and to let, the agents, references from sellers and buyers and clients' questions, with licences and memberships, the areas covered, commission and valuations stated clearly. The “Real estate agency” blueprint sets this up; the Consulting and agency starter site fits it best.

What real estate agencies need.

  • The current listings – buyers and tenants come for them
  • Listings kept up to date: sold or let properties hidden, prices and statuses checked
  • The agents with a photo and a direct contact
  • How the commission works and who pays it
  • A privacy policy page – property enquiries collect personal data

Consulting and agency

An elegant look, clients, service packages and the team.

What you get

Built in, not bolted on.

Everything below comes with Kaleta – no paid plugins or licences, tested together in every update.

  • Property listings – a page for each property for sale or to let with a photo, the price, location, floor and plot area, layout, energy rating and a map; the list filters by offer.
  • Team – the agents with photo, role, languages, contacts and a page for each person.
  • References – stories from sellers and buyers, each with its own page.
  • Questions and answers – grouped by category and kept in one place for the FAQ page and any page that needs them.
  • Facts, stated once – licences and memberships, areas we cover, commission, property valuation, languages spoken and in business since.

Connect Claude to your site and describe what you need. It builds the pages as drafts in your design system; you check the preview links and publish. Later, your team can hand it requests.

How Claude works with Kaleta

We are a small real estate agency. Use the Consulting and agency starter site, apply the Real estate agency blueprint, ask me its questions and build Home, Properties, Agents and Contact as drafts.

Done – the pages are saved as drafts in your design system. Here are the preview links.

Step by step

From install to launch.

  1. Install – choose the Consulting and agency starter site in the installer.
  2. Blueprint – apply the “Real estate agency” blueprint in Business details → Blueprints, or ask Claude to apply it.
  3. Questions – answer the blueprint's questions; each answer is saved as a fact.
  4. Content – fill the new collections (property listings, team, references, questions and answers); their list pages stay hidden until you publish them.
  5. Check and publish – work through the blueprint's checks in the site audit, then publish.

FAQ

Questions and answers.

How does Claude work on a real estate site?

It leads with the current listings, each with real photos, the price, location, area and energy rating, and takes every detail from you or the listing documents – it never invents or rounds prices, areas or features and never edits photos to mislead. It marks reserved properties, hides sold or let ones, writes neutrally, and never invents sales figures, awards, references or reviews or promises a price or a return. Whether the energy rating must appear depends on local law, so it flags that to be checked.

What does applying the blueprint change?

It creates the collections above that the site does not have yet, each with a hidden list page, and the facts without values – your pages stay as they are. Its checks join the site audit and its instructions reach every Claude connection. If you remove it, the checks, questions and instructions go; the collections and facts stay.
