Solutions

A school website that shows what is taught, at which level and when the next course starts.

A language school, tutoring service or course provider needs course dates, the teachers, a price list and students' questions, with subjects, levels, class size, online or in-person teaching, accreditation, the placement test and refunds stated clearly. The “Language school, tutoring or courses” blueprint sets this up; the Business website starter site fits it best.

What language schools, tutors and course providers need.

  • The next course dates
  • The levels you teach – students need to know whether there is a course for them
  • The teachers – students and parents want to know who will teach
  • A price list with the course fees, checked at least once a year
  • A contact e-mail for questions about courses

What you get

Built in, not bolted on.

Everything below comes with Kaleta – no paid plugins or licences, tested together in every update.

  • Courses and training – a page for each course with its start and end, place, price and capacity; the list shows only courses still to come, the nearest first.
  • Team – the teachers with photo, role, languages and a page for each person.
  • Price list – rows with a price, a unit and a note, grouped by category with filter buttons.
  • Questions and answers – grouped by category and kept in one place for the FAQ page and any page that needs them.
  • Facts, stated once – languages or subjects taught, levels taught, class size, online or in person, accreditation, placement test, refunds and missed lessons and teaching since.

How Claude works with Kaleta

We run a small language school. Use the Business website starter site, apply the Language school, tutoring or courses blueprint, ask me its questions and build Home, Courses, Teachers, Prices and Contact as drafts.

Done – the pages are saved as drafts in your design system. Here are the preview links.

Step by step

From install to launch.

FAQ

Questions and answers.

How does Claude work on a school site?

It puts the subjects, the next course dates and the prices on the home page. Each course date is one item; a course held again is a new item, and one that has started drops out of the list. It never invents accreditations, certificates, pass rates, success stories or teachers' qualifications, never promises a level or an exam result within a time, and states refunds only as you give them.

What does applying the blueprint change?

It creates the collections above that the site does not have yet, each with a hidden list page, and the facts without values – your pages stay as they are. Its checks join the site audit and its instructions reach every Claude connection. If you remove it, the checks, questions and instructions go; the collections and facts stay.
