Claude and AI
Undo Claude's work and run Claude on a schedule.
Take back everything one Claude session changed, and let a Claude routine do reviews, reports and triage on a schedule.
Undo a Claude session
The changes one Claude connection makes in a row (less than 30 minutes apart) form a session. In Change log → Claude sessions each session shows when it ran, how many rows it changed and with which tools. Undo the session puts back pages, builds and drafts, news, collection items, menus, settings and the look as they were before it.
- Something a person changed after the session stays as it is and is listed; tick Also overwrite later changes to put that back too.
- Changes undo cannot follow row by row are named, so you can check them by hand.
- Sessions are kept 30 days. Uploaded files stay in Media.
Scheduled runs
The site cannot run Claude by itself, so the work is split: the site keeps the schedule, a Claude routine does the work.
- In Scheduled runs add a schedule: a weekly review, a monthly report, daily triage of enquiries, working through requests, or your own task – daily, weekly or monthly at a time you choose.
- Open Set up in Claude and copy the routine prompt into a scheduled task in the Claude app or Claude Code. Connect it with a drafts only connection (My account).
- On each run Claude asks the site what is due, does it as drafts and reports back; the history shows the summary and links to the drafts.
A run more than six hours late is marked missed and the alert e-mail tells you – so you notice when the routine stopped.
